You can spot an 'Ability' entry on the Social Link screen now — my guess is they're adding something that works like P5's Confidant effects.

Higher Social Link rank already lets you fuse higher-level Personas, so the fact they bothered to label it as an 'Ability' makes it almost certain. I'm so happy.
コミュレベル上がれば生み出せるペルソナのレベルが上がるのは当たり前なのに、わざわざアビリティとして表記してるからほぼ確でありそうよね マジ嬉しい

Back then the 'correct' play was just to prioritize your party members' Social Links, so even if the abilities are minor, it's nice they're shaking that up.
前は仲間のコミュ優先するのが答えだったからアビリティ自体がしょぼくてもそういう所変わってくれるのはいいね

Maybe we can expect an instant-kill skill — feels like it'd be Chie's Social Link ability (guessing from the fact Ryuji shares her Chariot Arcana).

It stings that Dojima won't be Unsho Ishizuka anymore, but from the snippet in the trailer the replacement sounds perfectly cast, so I'm genuinely relieved. Same goes for Shimada taking over Igor — they seem to be directing the new actors to honor the originals, which I'm so grateful for.

I figured Dojima's voice might be Okiayu! He took over Ishizuka's role as Kizaru in One Piece too, so if it's him I think it's a perfect fit.

Chie's legs aren't unnaturally dainty — they look thick enough to actually put power behind a kick, which is weirdly reassuring.
千枝の足、不自然に華奢じゃなくしっかり蹴りの力入れられそうな太さで逆に安心するというか。

Persona 3 Reload was incredibly high-quality as a definitive edition, so my hype for P4 Revival is maxed out!!
P3Rも決定版としてめちゃくちゃクオリティ高かったからP4Rも期待感マックスです！！

Personally Persona 3 Reload left me a bit underwhelmed, so I'm hopeful here. From the info so far, the main story and characters don't seem to be changing much — it feels like they fleshed out the original P4 to the absolute max.
個人的にはP3Rの肩透かし感が凄かったので、期待してる。 今出てる情報見た感じだと、ストーリーの大筋やキャラクターに大幅な変更は無さそう。元のP4に極限まで肉付けをしたって感じかな。

The beatdown rush is probably back-imported from P4 Arena, and it feels like they're pulling lots of stuff from the anime and elsewhere too.

Even if it's gone as a system, the 'DOON!' will probably survive as a special cut-in — it was popular enough to make it into P4 Arena, so I don't think it'll disappear.
システムとしては消えたとしても特殊カットインとかでどーん！だけは残ってくれそう P4Uでも採用されてたぐらい人気あるし消えはしないと思う

Too niche for anyone to mention, but my biggest concern is whether they keep the difficulty option that adjusts EXP and money gain — that feature saved me so much, please keep it… and if possible I'm also hoping for a toggle to swap in Hirata's BGM and toning down Marie's cringier moments 🙏
細かすぎて誰も触れてないけど個人的に一番気になるのは難易度変更の獲得経験値量と獲得金額量を調整できる機能そのまま残してくれてるのか、あの機能にものすごく助けられたから残してほしい…後出来ればでいいから平田さんのBGMへの変更機能とマリーの恥ずかしい描写の軽減も期待してる🙏
