  特性発表前こいつゴミだろ…って言われてたメガ達が次々と救われてく中、一匹だけ悪い意味で予想通りだったカラマネロさんかわいそうすぎる

  All those Megas that got called "yeah this thing's trash" before the Abilities dropped keep getting saved one after another — and then there's poor Malamar, the one and only that turned out exactly as bad as everyone predicted.

  When I saw Mega Staraptor dumped the majority of its base-stat gains into bulk, I was like "wait, you're THAT kind of guy now?" — and then THIS happened. Dude, what even happened to you?

  ムクホークは羽もたてがみも綺麗に揃っていたけどメガムクホークは全身キズだらけで毛並みもボサボサ 「傷つくたびに強くなる」のがメガムクホークのコンセプトと見た

  Regular Staraptor had its feathers and crest all neat and tidy, but Mega Staraptor is covered in scars with its plumage all ragged. I read its whole concept as "it gets stronger every time it takes a hit."

  あまのじゃくのネタ元である天邪鬼は鳥の鳴き真似をする逸話がそこそこあるので、鳥ポケがあまのじゃくもらえる理由はあったりする。

  Contrary is named after the amanojaku, a folklore demon — and there are actually a fair few legends of it mimicking bird calls, so there IS a reason a bird Pokémon would get Contrary.

  メガムクホークとエルフーンの相性がめっちゃ良すぎて、甘えるでサポートしてからインファイト打ったりしてる。

  Mega Staraptor and Whimsicott have absurdly good synergy — I support it with Charm and then fire off Close Combat.

  昔かそくペンドラーで鉄壁積んでシェルアーマー持ちにバトンする戦法使ってたことあるのでメガペンドラーの特性見たときに見間違いかと思った

  I used to run a strat where Speed Boost Scolipede set up Iron Defense and Baton Passed it to a Shell Armor holder — so when I saw Mega Scolipede's Ability I thought I was misreading it.

  カエンジシの調整面白いところは、炎火力がリザY＞カエンジシ＞メガマフォ、Sはメガマフォ＞カエンジシ＞リザYと炎メガでしっかりバランスとってきたところ

  The fun part of Mega Pyroar's tuning: for fire firepower it's Mega Charizard Y > Pyroar > Mega Mawile, and for Speed it's Mega Mawile > Pyroar > Charizard Y — they really balanced the fire Megas against each other.

  About half of my pipe dream of Mega Pyroar being a fire-type Water Bubble came true!! I'd been daydreaming about double Intimidate and it looks like a blast!!

  メガカエンジシ使って見たけど、イーユイで感覚麻痺したせいで思ったより火力高く感じない・・・

  I tried Mega Pyroar out, but Chi-Yu has numbed my sense of scale so it doesn't feel as strong as I expected…

  特性変わるならふゆう内包の何かかなとは思ってたけどビーストブースト抱き合わせは流石に予想外だった ネーミングが完璧すぎる

  I figured if its Ability changed it'd be something that bundled in Levitate, but pairing it with Beast Boost was genuinely a surprise. The naming is too perfect.

  ドラミドロ使い続けてたけどこいつ強いよ 火力足りんけど受け回しながら相手のサイクルに負荷かけれるのは強い

  I've kept using Dragalge and this thing's good — it lacks raw firepower, but being able to pivot and pile pressure on the opponent's cycle is strong.

  Patch in a fix for Mega Chimecho's Ability too while you're at it… give it a signature Levitate-plus-something Ability…
