A Japanese fan channel cut together three separate Mushoku Tensei Season 3 moments that all revolve around the same joke: Rudeus keeps dumping his problems on Nanahoshi, the fellow Japan-born isekai transplant, whether it's a doll-making project gone strange, a blunt question about her weight, or advice for his family drama. The 201-comment section split its attention almost evenly between the doll bit and the weight question, with the top comment (1,858 likes) pointing out the doll was never meant to be a "love doll" in the first place — it just ended up that way from trying to make something too human-like. From there, fans debated whether Rudeus was being genuinely insensitive by asking if she'd gained weight, or whether it doubled as him checking on her health. By the end, more than one commenter had landed on the same pun: the real "heavy" thing here wasn't the conversation Nanahoshi kept getting roped into. It was her.
