One Piece Chapter 1191's preview panel shows a powered-up Luffy, still recovering from his fight with Kaido, joking that letting go of his current form right now would be bad news — while Kaido, in the same scene, calls him "the old geezer man." Across 309 comments on a Japanese reaction-compilation video, the most-liked reaction (477 likes) is purely about how funny that nickname is, and dozens of replies piled on to agree it's the best joke the series has landed in a while. A close second (318 likes) took the same panel somewhere darker, reviving a running fan theory that Luffy actually died at some point during the Kaido fight and that the Sun God Nika is the one keeping his body going. By the end, the thread had room for both readings at once — laughing at the line while still arguing about what it means that Luffy needed it in the first place.
