When I read the manga I assumed it was one big full-swing hit, so seeing it animated as a combo of strikes actually got a laugh out of me.

Judge doesn't really lead through personal presence though. I doubt Judge himself has Conqueror's Haki — his sons and soldiers are all emotion-stripped clones, so it's not like he's drawing people in through charisma.
