Ranma ½ Season 3's Second PV Drops to Nostalgia and Disbelief at the Glow-Up

Ranma ½ Season 3 dropped its second PV, and the most-liked Japanese reactions were equal parts nostalgia and disbelief at the glow-up. The recurring notes: that a manga which ended over 30 years ago is somehow back in the Reiwa era looking like a movie, gratitude for Rumiko Takahashi's seemingly endless run of adaptations, and very specific excitement over the deep-cut arcs fans assumed a remake would cut — the Bakusai Tenketsu episodes, Pantyhose Taro, the love-potion chapter skipped in Season 2. There's a quiet worry too (three seasons won't be nearly enough for 40 volumes), but the loudest feeling is gratitude, with one fan summing it up: this is 'glad I lived long enough' territory.
