Chō-Jun! Chōjō-senpai Anime PV: The Manga That Got Axed, Then Won an Award

On the first main PV for the TV anime "Chō-Jun! Chōjō-senpai" (from Samon the Summoner mangaka Shun Numa, airing October 2026), Japanese fans turned the comments into a full vindication party. The most-liked reply summed the whole arc up — a manga that got cancelled, then won a major manga award and got animated anyway — and from there fans waded into nostalgia for the Samon days, relief that Numa is finally being rewarded, genuine surprise that the art looks great, and a chorus begging for Samon the Summoner to get its own anime next. They even clocked the lead voice as the guy you hear on every Nintendo Switch ad. The closing mood: people quietly admitting they were trying very hard not to cry over this.
