The fact that today's Square Enix staff rebuilt this incredible thing that is FF7 from the ground up — that's a huge, huge deal to me. I really hope they carry everything they've learned into the next Final Fantasy.

Unlike TES and The Witcher, which haven't put out a new game since 2011 and 2015, they've actually delivered all of FF7 — you have to respect that.
2011年や2015年から一向に新作が発売されないTESやウィッチャーと違ってきちんとFF7全部出してきたのは素直に凄い。

The trailer ran a full five minutes, and the battles, maps and systems all look basically done. Hamaguchi said he's already cleared his test runs 40+ times, and you can feel from the footage that a spring release next year is locked in. The dev team's sheer passion for this project is genuinely overwhelming.
映像紹介も５分と長かったし、バトルやマップやシステムもほぼ完成してるんじゃないかと思わせる出来、浜口さんもクリアテストを40回以上されてると仰ってたし、映像からもこれは確実に来年春の発売は間違い無いというスケジュール感を感じる。 ホントにこの作品における制作陣の熱量は圧巻の一言。

I'd heard development was going smoothly, but honestly I didn't expect them to announce it this soon 😇 The reveal sent my hype through the roof. Personally, being able to play as Cid and Vincent makes me so happy.

Just to add — the 'wear' system apparently lets you layer outfits so you can equip a wear and still keep the default clothes on. Love that!
補足するとウェアシステムはウェア着てもデフォルトの服も着れる重ね着機能もあるみたいでよいですね！

In the original I sank god knows how many hours into just the snowboarding and Chocobo racing. So hyped.

I picked games back up with the 2020 Remake and started watching Tetsuo's videos — it's already been six years, huh... This reveal brought joy, but also a little sadness now that the end is in sight. Still, I can't wait!

Cloud's voice at the very end of the trailer — that's the real Cloud, isn't it. It's so gentle and calm that I just started crying.
