FF7リメイク三部作の完結編『FINAL FANTASY VII REVELATION』のゲームプレイ紹介トレーラーがIGNで公開され、海外ファンが沸いた。最大の歓声が上がったのは「全プラットフォーム同時発売」＝これまでのPS独占を捨て、Switch2/PS5/Xbox/PCで同時に出すという英断への「やっと学んだか」の声。加えて、AAA1本に5〜7年かかる時代に7年で3本を出し切るスクエニの開発ペースへの驚嘆、ヴィンセントとシド（＋『ダージュオブケルベロス』要素）がついに操作キャラになる歓喜、ジョブ（クラス）システムの導入、映像がもはや『アドベントチルドレン』超えという声が並んだ。最後は、本作のナレーターの正体をめぐる海外ニキの惚けた一言で締まる。

この時代、AAAゲーム1本に5〜7年、下手すりゃそれ以上かかる。開発チームもサイクルもたいてい肥大化してる。なのにFF7チームは7年で3本を出し切ろうとしてる。今の業界でこれは相当な偉業だよ
In these times one AAA game takes 5-7 years to make if not more. And the development teams and cycles are usually so bloated. But the FF7 team are about to pump out 3 in a span of 7 years. Quite an impressive accomplishment in today’s industry Edit: What is even going on in these replies man… 💀

確かに凄いけど、一応言っておくと第1作の開発期間を入れてない。それ込みだと3本出すのに実質10年ってことになる
It is impressive but I will note you're not including the development time of part 1, so it'll likely have been 10 years to pump out the three games

またこの物語に戻ってこられて、しかもヴィンセント・ヴァレンタインを操作できるなんて夢みたいだ。ダージュの頃を思い出すし、あの戦闘スタイルは今も色褪せてない
Coming back to this and being able to play as Vincent valentine is a dream come true, takes me back to dirge of cerberus days and his combat still lives up to it

宝条戦の前の“ミッドガルにパラシュート降下”のくだりを、独立したゲームメカニクスとして組み込んでるのが良い。これ絶対に神ゲーだわ
I like how they're incorporating the small 'parachuting into Midgar' part before the Hojo bossfight as its very own mechanic. This is all gonna be so damn GOOD.
