ゾロとサンジがどれだけ喧嘩しても、ファン同士がどれだけ言い争っても、あの二人が本気で命を預け合ってるのは忘れちゃいけない。互いに口には絶対出さないけどな。
Yeah, as much as Sanji and Zoro fight and argue, and their fanbases do the same, it's easy to forget that they actually do legitimately trust each other with their lives. Even though neither of them would ever outright admit it to each other.

これは間違いなくサンジのヴィンスモークのトラウマだ。自己肯定感の問題——自分を愛せない。ずっと自己犠牲的だった彼が、ルフィやゾロのように自分の夢を最後まで追う“わがままな欲”を出さなきゃいけない。
It's definitely Sanji's Vinsmoke trauma. He has issues with self worth; loving himself. Was always self-sacrificing now he's got to bring out that selfish desire to pursue his dream all the way like Luffy and Zoro do.

Sanji thinks he was born just to serve, so it's hard for him to picture himself as a king—and to accept all the responsibilities that come with the title.

サンジの覇王色が彼の自己肯定感に紐づいてるの好きだわ。自分を憎むトラウマは数ヶ月で消えたりしない。ちゃんと自分と向き合って、自分を愛せるようにならなきゃいけない。
I love that Sanji’s able to have conquerors haki and it’s tied to his self esteem. It makes sense, trauma of hating yourself doesn’t just disappear in a few months. He really has to reconcile and love himself.

ゴール・D・ロジャーをサンジ並みのシモン（デレデレ）として描いたの、「シモンだからって覇王色になれないわけじゃない」と示す上手いやり方だった。
I think that showing Gol D. Roger being a simp like Sanji was a great way to show that Sanji being a simp wont stop him from being a conquerer

ラストのルフィvsイムの対決で最高なのは、読者にとっては世界を揺るがす大事件なのに、ルフィ本人は誰と何のために戦ってるのか全く分かってないってことだ。
The best part about the big confrontation between Luffy and Imu at the end is that, as monumental and world-shaking as we the readers know this event is, Luffy genuinely has no idea who he's fighting or why.

Luffy knows exactly who he is and why he's fighting. He's a bad guy that is hurting his friends, so Luffy has to beat him up!

めちゃくちゃルフィらしいよな。仲間の過去の背景を大して気にしないのと同じで、この戦いのデカすぎる伏線的な意味も一切気にしてない。そこが好き。
It fits so well with luffy’s character, just like he never really cares about the backstory of his friends, I love that he doesn’t care at all about the huge lore implications of this fight

I can't believe Oda found the time for funny gags in the middle of the most serious fights (Brook and Franky try to feel the ice too). Reminded me of Pre Timeskip 😂

ザザが“敵”というより“自然災害”として扱われてるの好き。誘拐犯からじゃなく、津波から子供を救い出そうとする巨人達を見てる感じ。
I like how Zaza has been treated not like an enemy, but rather like a natural disaster. It's as if we are watching the giants trying to rescue their kids from a tsunami, not from a kidnapper.
