At first the mobile suit designs made me lose my mind, but the finale made it click.

The HG Gundam Aerial. The protagonist's mobile suit always gets the most effort poured into it, and you can feel it — it's superb. For older stuff, I'd say the HG Genoace and the MG Nemo, for sheer buildability and how cleanly everything fits.

The ending did feel like Miorine sort of forced it to wrap up. Even so — yuri label aside — I love Suletta and Miorine so much, just as two people who are partners, that I could watch them forever (*´ω｀*)

As time went on mobile suits just got faster and Funnels couldn't keep up → Funnel Missiles → after that the psycommu itself got specialized for controlling a high-mobility machine, and all-range attacks died out. In F91 the tech as an autonomous guided weapon, decoupled from psycommu control, got carried over into the Bugs. The Rafflesia's Tentacle Rods evolved that same Bug tech into semi-autonomous operation plus enhanced-human brainwave control, so it can move an absurd number of them at once. Seabook taking those on and downing them in a single MS is honestly nuts…
時代が進んだら普通にモビルスーツの速度が上がってファンネルじゃ追いつかなくなった→ファンネルミサイル→その後サイコミュそのものが高速で機動する機体のコントロールに特化してオールレンジ攻撃が廃れていった
F91でサイコミュ操作と切り離した自律誘導兵器としての技術がバグに受け継がれた感じかな
ラフレシアのテンタクラーロッドはバグと同じ技術で半自律稼働&強化人間の脳波コントロールでものすごい数を同時に動かせる方向で進化してる
あれをMS1機で捌いて落とすシーブックが大概おかしい…

The one that recently blew me away is the HGUC Gustav Karl (the version from Gundam 00). Using clever gimmicks to deliver good proportions AND a wide range of motion at the same time — that's just brilliant engineering.

At the time, the wave of "Lycoris Recoil refugees" crashing in and actually growing the new-viewer base was hilarious — and then YOASOBI's "Shukufuku" going stupidly viral and pulling in even MORE people was even funnier.
当時リコリコ難民が押し寄せてきて結果的に新規層増えたの草だったしその後YOASOBIの祝福がクソバズって更に増えたのも更に草
I mean, a Jegan with just a few extra parts can close the distance into melee against them. (Granted, pulling that off still takes serious skill.)
ちょっと装備増やしただけのジェガンに接近戦まで入られる程度の性能だしね。
(なお入る側も技量はだいぶ必要)

If I'm forced to list flaws: the inside of the shield is hard to paint (a brush gets you there), the shield-to-arm joint has a risk of breaking (shave the peg down a touch so it pops off easily instead), and the hollow molding on the soles (just fill it with putty). That's about all I can come up with.
欠点を強いてあげるなら
・シールド内部が塗装しにくい（筆ならいける）
・シールドと腕の接続部の破損する危険性あり（軸を少し削り、逆に外れやすくすればいい）
・足裏の肉抜き穴（パテで埋めりゃええ）
ぐらいしかない
It's like Revolutionary Girl Utena simmered in a Gundam-flavored broth with a dash of Valvrave spice. And the awkward part is, the scenes doing their own original thing are more fun than the ones paying homage to the old Gundam shows.

困ったことにガンダムシリーズ旧作のオマージュ入れるより、独自路線のシーンの方が面白いのですよね。

A three-legged Dom, a GM that's basically a Gelgoog, a Psyco Gundam as a living God Warrior weapon. The way it smashed established concepts was wild.
三本足ドムとかジムなゲルググとか生体兵器な巨神兵サイコガンダムとか既存の概念破壊が凄まじかった。
The MG Narrative Gundam Ver.Ka is sooo good — everything about it is just too perfect.
