実写とアニメキャラを組み合わせてるんだよ、メリー・ポピンズとかスペース・ジャム、ロジャー・ラビットみたいに。本編全部そうなるかは分からないけど、多分このティザーだけの演出だと思う。
It's a mix, some IRL scenes sampled with animated characters, like Mary Poppins, Space Jam, Roger Rabbit. Not sure this one will be fully like that, maybe it's just for the trailer/teaser.

You should see the animation they had in Who Framed Roger Rabbit, the humans looked super real too.
