Crunchyrollが韓国発ウェブ小説『テムパル〜アイテムの力〜』（英題：Overgeared）の初アニメ化トレーラーを公開し、海外コメント欄は開幕から「Do you know God Grid」の合唱で埋め尽くされた。『ソロレベリング』と同じレッドアイス・スタジオ原作、制作はJ.C.Staffという布陣に「今期は韓国産アイソレ祭りか」と盛り上がる一方、原作ファンからは漫画版と小説版どちらを推すかの小競り合いも起きた。最後は同スタジオ原作の主人公二人の名前を並べた一言で締まる。

マンファは絵はきれいだけど、原作小説の設定をひどく改変してて印象を台無しにしてる部分がある。俺は原作小説一択だな
The manhwa is beautiful, but they took some terrible liberties with concepts from the novel that pretty much ruined the perception of the original material. Novel is the only one for me

うわ懐かしい。オーバーギアードってこのジャンルを作った古参の一つだからな、ちゃんとしたスタジオでアニメ化されるの嬉しいわ
Dang, this is a throwback. Overgeared is one of those older ones that sort of built the genre. Awesome to see it's getting an anime from a good studio!

普通に画がいいからだろ。同じスタジオだからって『必ず駄目』にはならない、予算とどのチームが担当するか次第だよ
because it looks nice. The same studio doesn't mean "always bad", budget and which team of the studio they use for the project is what matters.
