Is Chainsmoker Cat Popular in Japan?

There's literally an episode where the landlord is about to file a complaint about how terrible a beastfolk convenience store clerk is, looks at the company website, sees that beastfolk wages are far too low, and calls to say "pay the beastfolk more" instead.

I love the story that Izawa genuinely gagged for real during the recording session.

Still cracking unfunny jokes no matter how badly they land — at this point that's basically love.

It all comes down to Blu-ray and merch sales in the end. I just hope the discs sell in the five digits.

That mom seems like the type who'd actually be into a Yani-cat like that.

Surely that's not really the reason? It's not like things are that skewed against men these days.

Honestly, it does make you wonder why secondhand smoke isn't literally treated as assault.

Nah, that sounds like it'd help but almost certainly wouldn't — calm down 💦

Yani-neko's upward-glance visual is so good my brain refuses to process it.

Bonus points for the dropped item conveniently getting hidden right behind the subscribe button.

Her voice actor is the same person who does Nanachi, I think. Probably.

Came in lured by that cute thumbnail of Imoko, and five seconds in, it's Yani Neko's toilet scene.... That's genuinely too brutal....

Because she doesn't awkwardly fuss over it, watching this scene actually feels safe.

Even so, the fact that she quit for 10 months for the pregnancy really shows she's a parent.

True, the show never quite crosses the real line — even in the family-restaurant episode nobody's smoking.
