『薬屋のひとりごと』第3期の発表ティザーに、海外ファンの歓喜が殺到した。第3期は2026年10月から日本テレビ系で放送の分割2クール（第2クールは2027年4月）、監督は第2期に続き筆坂明規。英語圏向けに転載されたティザー動画のコメント欄では、第2期最終回直後の電撃発表に『マジで言ってんのか』と半信半疑になる者が続出しつつ、『日本での人気が凄まじいから、間違いなく原作を全部アニメ化するはず』という確信の一言が最多評価に。壬氏と猫猫（マオマオ）の関係進展を求める声には原作既読組が『1シーズンどころじゃ済まないぞ』と不敵に応じ、第2期ラストで涙腺を破壊された子翠（シスイ）ロス組の嗚咽、『次の2巻は…面白いことになるぞ』というラノベ組の匂わせ、そして“バッタ”の不穏な影も。最後は、この供給ラッシュを一言で言い当てたコメントがきれいに締める。

正直ハマると思ってなかったのに、気づいたら大好きになってた。みんな原作ラノベも読むべき。猫猫（マオマオ）と壬氏のキャラの掘り下げが本当に良いんだ。3期は昨日にでも欲しかったくらいだよ😩😭😭😭😭
I didn’t think I was gonna like this show but I ended up loving it. Everyone should read the light novels. Maomao and Jinshis character development is so good. We need season 3 like yesterday. 😩😭😭😭😭

新作アニメなんて10年以上追ってなかったんだ。試しにこれを観てみたら、完全に恋に落ちた。背景美術、音楽、脚本、声優、キャラの成長——全部が完璧。続きが恋しすぎて、これから漫画も読むよ
I haven't been following new anime for over a decade. Decided to give this one a try, and I'm completely in love. The backgroundart, soundtrack, script, voice acting, character development, everything is so perfect I'll read the manga now since I'm earning for more.

最終話を観終わったばかり…で、壬氏が犬みたいに猫猫を噛んだシーン、最高に好きだった。次のシーズンが来るなら、2人が結ばれるところが見られたら本当に嬉しい！
Just finished the last ep...and well i loved it when jinshi bit maomao like a dog. I would be really happy to see them together if theres a next season coming!

2期のラスト、ガチで泣いた。猫猫と子翠（シスイ）は親友だったし、猫猫にはああいう存在が必要だったんだよ

なあ、3話連続で涙が涸れるまで泣いたんだが。涙もろい自覚のある俺でもこれは異常だ。それくらい脚本が上手くて、演出も完璧だった。あの表情、あの子が見せた微笑み。猫猫に会いに行こうとして思いとどまり、扉の外で微笑むシーンと、舞を踊りながら微笑むシーンの対比。キャラ全員が深すぎるんだよ（お察しの通り、俺もついさっき2期を観終わった）
Dude I cried my eyes dry for like Three straight episodes Even for an emotional watcher that's crazy They wrote it so well It was executed perfectly The expressions The smile she gave The parallel when she went to see maomao but decided not to and smiled outside the door to when she smiled when dancing The characters are all so deep (As you can see, I too just finished the second season)

The hairpin scene made me bawl my eyes out, please let her be important in season 3. Loumao forever.

この先の物語が一区切りつくまでには、2クール構成のシーズンがあと4回（普通のシーズン換算で8期分）必要だから、みんな覚悟しておけよ。まあ次の2巻分は、何人かのキャラの物語に区切りをつけつつ、その先の6巻分の仕込みをする内容なんだけどな。個人的には羅半兄が見られるのが待ちきれない
Hope everyone is ready for 4 two-cour (aka 8 normal) seasons of Apothecary Diaries before we reach the end of this next stretch of story. Though the next two books worth of content are a mix of giving closure to some characters' stories and setting up the following 6 books. I for one can't wait to see Lahan's Brother.
